ఇట్లు అబ్రాహాము మొదలుకొని దావీదు వరకు తరము లన్నియు పదునాలుగు తరములు. దావీదు మొదలుకొని యూదులు బబులోనుకు కొనిపోబడిన కాలమువరకు పదు నాలుగు తరములు; బబులోనుకు కొనిపోబడినది మొదలు కొని క్రీస్తు వరకు పదునాలుగు తరములు.
