మోయాబు రాజైన సిప్పోరు కుమారుడగు బాలాకుకంటె నీవు ఏమాత్రమును అధికుడవు కావుగదా? అతడు ఇశ్రా యేలీయులతో ఎప్పుడైనను కలహించెనా? ఎప్పుడైనను వారితో యుద్ధము చేసెనా?
