బయలుదేరి చెరలోనున్న నీ జనుల యొద్దకు పోయి యీ మాటలు ప్రకటింపుము, వారు వినినను వినకపోయినను ప్రభువైన యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడని చెప్పుమని ఆయన నాతో సెలవిచ్చెను.
