వారెల్లప్పుడును ప్రజలకు న్యాయము తీర్చువారు. వారు కఠిన వ్యాజ్యెములను మోషేయొద్దకు తెచ్చుచు, స్వల్ప వ్యాజ్యె ములను తామే తీర్చుచువచ్చిరి.
