ఒక భాగము రాజనగరునొద్ద ఉండవలెను. ఒక భాగము పునాది గుమ్మము నొద్ద ఉండవలెను, జనులందరు యెహోవా మందిరపు ఆవరణములలో ఉండవలెను.
