మనష్షే కుమారులలో అశ్రీయేలను ఒకడుండెను. సిరియా దేశస్థురాలైన ఉపపత్ని అతని కనెను, అది గిలాదు నకు పెద్దయైన మాకీరును కూడ కనెను.
