1 నా ప్రియురాలా, నీవు సుందరివి నీవు సుందరివి నీ ముసుకుగుండ నీ కన్నులు గువ్వకన్నులవలె కనబడు చున్నవి నీ తలవెండ్రుకలు గిలాదు పర్వతముమీది మేకల మందను పోలియున్నవి.

2 నీ పలువరుస కత్తెరవేయబడినవియు కడుగబడి అప్పుడే పైకి వచ్చినవియునై జోడుజోడు పిల్లలు కలిగి ఒకదానినైన పోగొట్టుకొనక సుఖముగానున్న గొఱ్ఱల కదుపులను పోలియున్నది.

3 నీ పెదవులు ఎరుపునూలును పోలియున్నవి. నీ నోరు సుందరము నీ ముసుకుగుండ నీ కణతలు విచ్చిన దాడిమ ఫలము వలె నగపడుచున్నవి.

4 జయసూచకముల నుంచుటకై దావీదు కట్టించిన గోపురముతోను వేయి డాలులును, శూరుల కవచములన్నియును వ్రేలాడు ఆ గోపురముతోను నీ కంధరము సమానము.

5 నీ యిరు కుచములు ఒక జింకపిల్లలయి తామరలో మేయు కవలను పోలియున్నవి.

6 ఎండ చల్లారి నీడలు జరిగిపోవువరకు గోపరస పర్వతములకు సాంబ్రాణి పర్వతములకు నేను వెళ్లుదును.

7 నా ప్రియురాలా, నీవు అధికసుందరివి నీయందు కళంకమేమియు లేదు.

8 ప్రాణేశ్వరీ, లెబానోను విడిచి నాతోకూడ రమ్ము లెబానోను విడిచి నాతో కూడ రమ్ము అమానపర్వతపు శిఖరమునుండి శెనీరు హెర్మోనుల శిఖరమునుండి సింహవ్యాఘ్రములుండు గుహలుగల కొండలపైనుండి నీవు క్రిందికి చూచెదవు.

9 నా సహోదరీ, ప్రాణేశ్వరీ, నీవు నా హృదయమును వశపరచుకొంటివి ఒక చూపుతో నా హృదయమును వశపరచుకొంటివి. నీ హారములలో ఒకదానిచేత నన్ను వశపరచుకొంటివి.

10 సహోదరీ, ప్రాణేశ్వరీ, నీ ప్రేమ ఎంత మధురము! ద్రాక్షారసముకన్న నీ ప్రేమ ఎంత సంతోషకరము నీవు పూసికొను పరిమళ తైలముల వాసన సకల గంధవర్గములకన్న సంతోషకరము.

11 ప్రాణేశ్వరీ, నీ పెదవులు తేనియలొలుకుచున్న ట్టున్నవి నీ జిహ్వక్రింద మధుక్షీరములు కలవు నీ వస్త్రముల సువాసన లెబానోను సువాసనవలె నున్నది.

12 నా సహోదరి నా ప్రాణేశ్వరి మూయబడిన ఉద్యానము మూతవేయబడిన జలకూపము.

13 నీ చిగురులు దాడిమవనము వింతైన శ్రేష్ఠ ఫలవృక్షములు కర్పూరవృక్షములు జటామాంసి వృక్షములు

14 జటామాంసియు కుంకుమయు నిమ్మగడ్డియు లవంగపట్టయు వివిధమైన పరిమళతైల వృక్షములు గోపరసమును అగరు వృక్షములు నానావిధ శ్రేష్ఠ పరిమళద్రవ్యములు.

15 నా సహోదరీ, నా ప్రాణేశ్వరీ, నీవు ఉద్యానజలాశయము ప్రవాహజలకూపము లెబానోను పర్వతప్రవాహము.

16 ఉత్తరవాయువూ, ఏతెంచుము దక్షిణవాయువూ, వేంచేయుము నా ఉద్యానవనముమీద విసరుడి దాని పరిమళములు వ్యాపింపజేయుడి నా ప్రియుడు తన ఉద్యానవనమునకు వేంచేయును గాక తనకిష్టమైన ఫలముల నతడు భుజించునుగాక.

1 Behold, thou art fair, my love; behold, thou art fair; thou hast doves’ eyes within thy locks: thy hair is as a flock of goats, that appear from mount Gilead.

2 Thy teeth are like a flock of sheep that are even shorn, which came up from the washing; whereof every one bear twins, and none is barren among them.

3 Thy lips are like a thread of scarlet, and thy speech is comely: thy temples are like a piece of a pomegranate within thy locks.

4 Thy neck is like the tower of David builded for an armoury, whereon there hang a thousand bucklers, all shields of mighty men.

5 Thy two breasts are like two young roes that are twins, which feed among the lilies.

6 Until the day break, and the shadows flee away, I will get me to the mountain of myrrh, and to the hill of frankincense.

7 Thou art all fair, my love; there is no spot in thee.

8 Come with me from Lebanon, my spouse, with me from Lebanon: look from the top of Amana, from the top of Shenir and Hermon, from the lions’ dens, from the mountains of the leopards.

9 Thou hast ravished my heart, my sister, my spouse; thou hast ravished my heart with one of thine eyes, with one chain of thy neck.

10 How fair is thy love, my sister, my spouse! how much better is thy love than wine! and the smell of thine ointments than all spices!

11 Thy lips, O my spouse, drop as the honeycomb: honey and milk are under thy tongue; and the smell of thy garments is like the smell of Lebanon.

12 A garden inclosed is my sister, my spouse; a spring shut up, a fountain sealed.

13 Thy plants are an orchard of pomegranates, with pleasant fruits; camphire, with spikenard,

14 Spikenard and saffron; calamus and cinnamon, with all trees of frankincense; myrrh and aloes, with all the chief spices:

15 A fountain of gardens, a well of living waters, and streams from Lebanon.

16 Awake, O north wind; and come, thou south; blow upon my garden, that the spices thereof may flow out. Let my beloved come into his garden, and eat his pleasant fruits.

5 నీ యిరు కుచములు ఒక జింకపిల్లలయి తామరలో మేయు కవలను పోలియున్నవి.

6 ఎండ చల్లారి నీడలు జరిగిపోవువరకు గోపరస పర్వతములకు సాంబ్రాణి పర్వతములకు నేను వెళ్లుదును.

7 నా ప్రియురాలా, నీవు అధికసుందరివి నీయందు కళంకమేమియు లేదు.

8 ప్రాణేశ్వరీ, లెబానోను విడిచి నాతోకూడ రమ్ము లెబానోను విడిచి నాతో కూడ రమ్ము అమానపర్వతపు శిఖరమునుండి శెనీరు హెర్మోనుల శిఖరమునుండి సింహవ్యాఘ్రములుండు గుహలుగల కొండలపైనుండి నీవు క్రిందికి చూచెదవు.

9 నా సహోదరీ, ప్రాణేశ్వరీ, నీవు నా హృదయమును వశపరచుకొంటివి ఒక చూపుతో నా హృదయమును వశపరచుకొంటివి. నీ హారములలో ఒకదానిచేత నన్ను వశపరచుకొంటివి.

10 సహోదరీ, ప్రాణేశ్వరీ, నీ ప్రేమ ఎంత మధురము! ద్రాక్షారసముకన్న నీ ప్రేమ ఎంత సంతోషకరము నీవు పూసికొను పరిమళ తైలముల వాసన సకల గంధవర్గములకన్న సంతోషకరము.
