జనులందరు ధర్మశాస్త్రగ్రంథపు మాటలు విని యేడ్వ మొదలుపెట్టగా, అధికారియైన నెహెమ్యాయు యాజకుడును శాస్త్రియునగు ఎజ్రాయును జనులకు బోధించు లేవీయులునుమీరు దుఃఖపడవద్దు, ఏడ్వవద్దు, ఈ దినము మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠిత దినమని జనులతో చెప్పిరి.
