గెరసీనీయుల ప్రాంతములలోనుండు జనులందరు బహు భయాక్రాంతులైరి గనుక తమ్మును విడిచిపొమ్మని ఆయనను వేడుకొనిరి. ఆయన దోనె యెక్కి తిరిగి వెళ్లుచుండగా, దయ్యములు వదలిపోయిన మనుష్యుడు, ఆయనతో కూడ తన్ను ఉండనిమ్మని ఆయనను వేడుకొనెను.
