మీ మోతలు సొమ్మసిల్లు పశువులకు భారముగా నున్నవి అవి క్రుంగుచు కూలుచు నుండి ఆ బరువులను విడి పించుకొనలేక తామే చెరలోనికి పోయియున్నవి.

Isaiah 37:19
వారి దేవతలను అగ్నిలో వేసినది నిజమే. ఆ రాజ్యముల దేవతలు నిజమైన దేవుడు కాక మనుష్యులచేత చేయబడిన కఱ్ఱలు రాళ్లు గాని దేవతలు కావు గనుక వారు వారిని నిర్మూలముచేసిరి.

నా పితరులు నిర్మూ లముచేసిన గోజానువారు గాని హారానువారు గాని రెజెపులు గాని తెలశ్శారులోనుండిన ఏదెనీయులు గాని తమ దేవతల సహాయమువలన తప్పించుకొనిరా?
