సర్వజనులారా, గుంపుకూడి రండి జనములు కూర్చబడవలెను వారిలో ఎవరు ఇట్టి సంగతులు తెలియజేయుదురు? పూర్వకాలమున జరిగినవాటిని ఎవరు మాకు వినిపించు దురు? తాము నిర్దోషులమని తీర్పుపొందునట్లు తమ సాక్షు లను తేవలెను లేదా, విని సత్యమే యని యొప్పుకొనవలెను.
