Genesis 21:23
నీవు నన్నైనను నా పుత్ర పౌత్రాదులనైనను వంచింపక, నేను నీకు చేసిన ఉపకారము చొప్పున నాకును నీవు పరదేశివైయున్న యీ దేశమునకు చేసెదనని దేవుని పేరట ఇక్కడ నాతో ప్రమాణము చేయుమని చెప్పెను.

| falsely deal not wilt thou that | הֵ֔נָּה | hēnnâ | HAY-na |
| son, my with nor me, with | אִם | ʾim | eem |
| son: son's my with nor | תִּשְׁקֹ֣ר | tišqōr | teesh-KORE |
| but according to the kindness | לִ֔י | lî | lee |
| that | וּלְנִינִ֖י | ûlĕnînî | oo-leh-nee-NEE |
| I have done | וּלְנֶכְדִּ֑י | ûlĕnekdî | oo-leh-nek-DEE |
| unto | כַּחֶ֜סֶד | kaḥesed | ka-HEH-sed |
| do shalt thou thee, | אֲשֶׁר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| unto | עָשִׂ֤יתִי | ʿāśîtî | ah-SEE-tee |
| me, and to | עִמְּךָ֙ | ʿimmĕkā | ee-meh-HA |
| land the | תַּֽעֲשֶׂ֣ה | taʿăśe | ta-uh-SEH |
| wherein | עִמָּדִ֔י | ʿimmādî | ee-ma-DEE |
| thou hast sojourned. | וְעִם | wĕʿim | veh-EEM |
| הָאָ֖רֶץ | hāʾāreṣ | ha-AH-rets | |
| אֲשֶׁר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER | |
| גַּ֥רְתָּה | gartâ | ɡAHR-ta | |
| בָּֽהּ׃ | bāh | ba |
