రాజవైన తమకు సమ్మతియైనయెడలను,తమ దృష్టికి నేను దయపొందిన దాననై రాజవైన తమ యెదుట ఈ సంగతి యుక్తముగా తోచిన యెడలను, తమ దృష్టికి నేను ఇంపైన దాన నైనయెడలను, రాజవైన తమ సకల సంస్థానములలో నుండు యూదులను నాశనముచేయవలెనని హమ్మెదాతా కుమారుడైన అగాగీయుడగు హామాను వ్రాయించిన తాకీదులచొప్పున జరుగకుండునట్లు వాటిని రద్దుచేయుటకు ఆజ్ఞ ఇయ్యుడి.
