అతడు తాను తిను తన పిల్లలమాంసములో కొంచెమైనను వారిలో నెవనికిని పెట్టడు; ఏలయనగా మీ శత్రువులు మీ గ్రామము లన్నిటియందు మిమ్మును ఇరుకు పరచుటవలనను ముట్టడివేయుటవలనను వానికి మిగిలిన దేమియు ఉండదు.

யூதா இஸ்ரவேலுக்கு முன்பாக முறிந்து, அவரவர் தங்கள் கூடாரங்களுக்கு ஓடிப்போனார்கள்.
And Judah was put to the worse before Israel, and they fled every man to his tent.

And Judah	וַיִּנָּ֥גֶף	wayyinnāgep	va-yee-NA-ɡef
was put to the worse	יְהוּדָ֖ה	yĕhûdâ	yeh-hoo-DA
before	לִפְנֵ֣י	lipnê	leef-NAY
Israel,	יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל	yiśrāʾēl	yees-ra-ALE
and they fled	וַיָּנֻ֖סוּ	wayyānusû	va-ya-NOO-soo
every man	אִ֥ישׁ	ʾîš	eesh
to his tent.	לְאֹֽהָלָֽיו׃	lĕʾōhālāyw	leh-OH-ha-LAIV

So give not will he that	מִתֵּ֣ת׀	mittēt	mee-TATE
to any	לְאַחַ֣ד	lĕʾaḥad	leh-ah-HAHD
flesh the of them of	מֵהֶ֗ם	mēhem	may-HEM
of his children	מִבְּשַׂ֤ר	mibbĕśar	mee-beh-SAHR
whom	בָּנָיו֙	bānāyw	ba-nav
he shall eat:	אֲשֶׁ֣ר	ʾăšer	uh-SHER
because	יֹאכֵ֔ל	yōʾkēl	yoh-HALE
nothing hath he	מִבְּלִ֥י	mibbĕlî	mee-beh-LEE
left	הִשְׁאִֽיר	hišʾîr	heesh-EER

and in the straitness,	כֹּ֑ל	kōl	kole

shall distress	אֲשֶׁ֨ר	ʾăšer	uh-SHER
thee in all	יָצִ֥יק	yāṣîq	ya-TSEEK
thy gates.	לְךָ֛	lĕkā	leh-HA
	אֹֽיִבְךָ֖	ʾōyibkā	oh-yeev-HA
	בְּכָל	bĕkāl	beh-HAHL
	שְׁעָרֶֽיךָ׃	šĕʿārêkā	sheh-ah-RAY-ha
