Deuteronomy 1:17
తీర్పు తీర్చు నప్పుడు అల్పుల సంగతి గాని ఘనుల సంగతి గాని పక్ష పాతములేకుండ వినవలెను; న్యాయపుతీర్పు దేవునిదే. కాబట్టి మీరు మనుష్యుని ముఖము చూచి భయపడవద్దు. మీకు అసాధ్యమైన కఠినవ్యాజ్యెమును నాయొద్దకు తీసి కొని రావలెను; నేను దానిని విచారించెదనని వారి కాజ్ఞా పించితిని.

| as well as the great; | תִּשְׁמָע֔וּן | tišmāʿûn | teesh-ma-OON |
| not shall ye | לֹ֤א | lōʾ | loh |
| be afraid | תָג֙וּרוּ֙ | tāgûrû | ta-ɡOO-ROO |
| face the of | מִפְּנֵי | mippĕnê | mee-peh-NAY |
| of man; | אִ֔ישׁ | ʾîš | eesh |
| for | כִּ֥י | kî | kee |
| the judgment | הַמִּשְׁפָּ֖ט | hammišpāṭ | ha-meesh-PAHT |
| God's: is | לֵֽאלֹהִ֣ים | lēʾlōhîm | lay-loh-HEEM |
| and the cause | ה֑וּא | hûʾ | hoo |
| that | וְהַדָּבָר֙ | wĕhaddābār | veh-ha-da-VAHR |
| hard too is | אֲשֶׁ֣ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| for | יִקְשֶׁ֣ה | yiqše | yeek-SHEH |
| you, bring | מִכֶּ֔ם | mikkem | mee-KEM |
| it unto | תַּקְרִב֥וּן | taqribûn | tahk-ree-VOON |
| hear will I and me, | אֵלַ֖י | ʾēlay | ay-LAI |
| it. | וּשְׁמַעְתִּֽיו׃ | ûšĕmaʿtîw | oo-sheh-ma-TEEV |
