అతనిమీద కుట్రచేసినవారు అమ్మోనీయురాలైన షిమాతు కుమారుడగు జాబాదు, మోయాబురాలైన షిమీతు కుమారుడగు యెహోజాబాదు అనువారు.

| and Jehozabad | וִיה֣וֹזָבָ֔ד | wîhôzābād | vee-HOH-za-VAHD |
| son the | בֶּן | ben | ben |
| of Shimrith | שִׁמְרִ֖ית | šimrît | sheem-REET |
| a Moabitess. | הַמּֽוֹאָבִֽית׃ | hammôʾābît | ha-moh-ah-VEET |
