ఆ కాలమున డాళ్లను ఈటెలను పట్టుకొను మూడు లక్షలమంది యూదావారును, కేడెములు ధరించివిల్లువేయు రెండు లక్షల ఎనుబది వేలమంది బెన్యామీనీ యులును కూడిన సైన్యము ఆసాకు ఉండెను; వీరందరును పరాక్రమశాలులై యుండిరి.
