1 Samuel 14:15
దండులోను పొలములోను జనులందరిలోను మహా భయకంపము కలిగెను. దండు కావలివారును దోపుడు గాండ్రును భీతినొందిరి; నేలయదిరెను. వారు ఈ భయము దైవికమని భావించిరి.

| spoilers, the and | וְהַמַּשְׁחִ֔ית | wĕhammašḥît | veh-ha-mahsh-HEET |
| they | חָֽרְד֖וּ | ḥārĕdû | ha-reh-DOO |
| also | גַּם | gam | ɡahm |
| trembled, | הֵ֑מָּה | hēmmâ | HAY-ma |
| and the earth | וַתִּרְגַּ֣ז | wattirgaz | va-teer-ɡAHZ |
| quaked: | הָאָ֔רֶץ | hāʾāreṣ | ha-AH-rets |
| so it was | וַתְּהִ֖י | wattĕhî | va-teh-HEE |
| a very great | לְחֶרְדַּ֥ת | lĕḥerdat | leh-her-DAHT |
