దేశమందు క్షామము గాని తెగులు గాని గాడ్పు దెబ్బ గాని చిత్తపట్టుట గాని మిడతలు గాని చీడపురుగు గాని కలిగినను, వారి శత్రువువారి దేశపు పట్టణములలో వారిని ముట్టడి వేసినను, ఏ తెగులు గాని వ్యాధి గాని కలిగినను,
