తాము ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల చేతిలో ఓడిపోతిమని హదరెజెరుయొక్క సేవకులు తెలిసికొనినప్పుడు వారు దావీదుతో సమాధానపడి అతనికి సేవకులైరి. అంతటినుండి సిరియనులు అమ్మోనీయులకు సహాయము చేయుటకు మనస్సులేక యుండిరి.
