Proverbs 28:24
ਉਹ ਜੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਚੁਰਾਉਂਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਖਦਾ, “ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਨਹੀਂ!” ਉਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦਾ ਸਾਂਝੀਦਾਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਣ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਸੂਝਵਾਨ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੇਮ ਤੇ ਚੱਲਦਾ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਬੇਕਾਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੰਗ ਕਰਦਾ, ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਉ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
