Proverbs 14:28
ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਰਾਜਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਮਹਾਨ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਰਾਜਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਕੰਮ ਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ।
