Proverbs 12:11
ਉਹ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਦੇ ਭੁੱਖਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਰੇਗਾ। ਪਰ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਫ਼ਜ਼ੂਲ ਵਿੱਚਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਭੱਜਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਝ ਦੀ ਕਮੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।

| followeth that he but | וּמְרַדֵּ֖ף | ûmĕraddēp | oo-meh-ra-DAFE |
| vain | רֵיקִ֣ים | rêqîm | ray-KEEM |
| persons is void | חֲסַר | ḥăsar | huh-SAHR |
| of understanding. | לֵֽב׃ | lēb | lave |
