Proverbs 18:11
ਅਮੀਰ ਆਦਮੀ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਦੌਲਤ ਇੱਕ ਵਗਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਹਿਰ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਨਾ ਮਾਪੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਕੰਧ ਵਾਂਗ ਵੇਖਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਜ਼ੋਰੋ ਜ਼ੋਰੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ। ਇਹ ਨਾ ਸੋਚੋ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਚੀਜ਼ ਚੁਰਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਲਾਭ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਅਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅਮੀਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹੋ, ਅਮੀਰੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਲਈ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ।

ਜਦੋਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਦੌਲਤ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਮੁੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ। ਪਰ ਨੇਕੀ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
