ਮੋਆਬ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਇਹ ਉਦਾਸ ਸੁਨੇਹਾ ਮੋਆਬ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੈ: ਇੱਕ ਰਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਫ਼ੌਜਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਰ ਮੋਆਬ ਦੀ ਦੌਲਤ ਲੁੱਟ ਲਈ। ਉਸ ਰਾਤ, ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇੱਕ ਰਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੌਜ ਨੇ ਕੀਰ ਮੋਆਬ ਦੀ ਦੌਲਤ ਲੁੱਟ ਲਈ। ਉਸ ਰਾਤ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।

ਪਰ ਸਰਬ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰ ਦੇ ਜੋਧਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਮਹਾਮਾਰੀ ਭੇਜੇਗਾ। ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰ ਓਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਦੌਲਤ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਗਵਾ ਲਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੋਈ ਬੀਮਾਰ ਆਦਮੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਭਾਰ ਘਟਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰ ਦਾ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਤਬਾਹ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਹ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਅੱਗ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਬਲਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿ ਚੀਜ਼ ਸੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦੀ।
ਕਜ਼ਾૃ 9:20
