Leviticus 3:4
ਜਾਜਕ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਗੁਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹੀ ਹੋਈ ਪੁਠ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਦੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਵੇ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਲੇਜੀ ਦੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਵੀ ਅਰਪਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਦਿਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਲਾਹ ਲਵੇ।

ਹਾਰੂਨ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਉਸ ਕੋਲ ਬਲਦ ਅਤੇ ਭੇਡੂ ਦੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਵੀ ਲਿਆਏ। ਉਹ ਮੋਟੀ ਪੂਛ, ਅੰਦਰਲੇ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹੀ ਹੋਈ ਚਰਬੀ, ਗੁਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਲੇਜੀ ਦਾ ਚਰਬੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆਏ।

ਉਸ ਨੇ ਪਾਪ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਤੋਂ ਚਰਬੀ, ਗੁਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਲੇਜੀ ਦਾ ਚਰਬੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾੜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।
ਅਹਬਾਰ 8:25
ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਚਰਬੀ ਲਈ, ਚਰਬੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੂਛ, ਅੰਦਰਲੇ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਚਰਬੀ, ਕਲੇਜੀ ਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹੀ ਹੋਈ ਚਰਬੀ, ਦੋਵੇਂ ਗੁਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਜਾ ਪੱਟ ਲਿਆ।

ਉਸ ਨੇ ਬਲਦ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰਲੇ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸਾਰੀ ਚਰਬੀ, ਕਲੇਜੀ ਦਾ ਚਰਬੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਗੁਰਦਿਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਉੱਪਰਲੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਲਈ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਾੜਿਆ।

ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਗੁਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਜਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੁਠ ਦੇ ਹੇਠਲੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਦੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਲੇਜੀ ਦੇ ਚਰਬੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਭੇਟ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਗੁਰਦਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਹ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਉਹ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਗੁਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਤਲੀ ਪੁੱਠ ਦੇ ਹੇਠਲੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਦੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਲੇਜੀ ਦਾ ਚਰਬੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈ ਲਵੇ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਗੁਰਦਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਹ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਅਹਬਾਰ 3:15
ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਵੇ ਗੁਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਠ ਦੇ ਹੇਠਲੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਦੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਭੇਟ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਲੇਜੀ ਦਾ ਚਰਬੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਵੀ ਅਰਪਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਦਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਲਾਹ ਲਵੇ।

“ਫ਼ੇਰ ਭੇਡੂ ਦੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਲੈਣਾ। (ਇਹ ਉਹੀ ਭੇਡੂ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਧਾਨ ਜਾਜਕ ਬਨਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਰਸਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।) ਪੂਛ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਲੈਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਚਰਬੀ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰਲੇ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਢੱਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਹ ਚਰਬੀ ਲੈਣਾ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਜਿਗਰ ਨੂੰ ਢੱਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਗੁਰਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਲਗੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਲੱਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈਣਾ।
ਖ਼ਰੋਜ 29:13
ਫ਼ੇਰ ਵਹਿੜਕੇ ਦੇ ਜਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਲੈਣੀ, ਜਿਗਰ ਦਾ ਚਰਬੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਭਾਗ, ਦੋਵੇਂ ਗੁਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੀ ਚਰਬੀ। ਇਸ ਚਰਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਬਾਲਣਾ।
