Judges 9:56
ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਅਬੀਮਲਕ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮੰਦੇ ਕਂਮਾ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਅਬੀਮਲਕ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ 70 ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੀ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਪਾਪ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।

ਪਰ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਫ਼ੜ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਅਤੇ ਝੂਠਾ ਨਬੀ ਵੀ ਫ਼ੜ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਹ ਝੂਠਾ ਨਬੀ ਉਹੀ ਸੀ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਲਈ ਕਰਿਸ਼ਮੇ ਦਿਖਾਏ ਸਨ। ਇਹ ਝੂਠਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਮਰਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਰਿਸ਼ਮੇ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਦਾ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਮੂਰਤ ਦੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਝੂਠੇ ਨਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਉਂਦੇ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਨੂੰ ਗੰਧਕ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੋਈ ਅੱਗ ਦੀ ਝੀਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਮਰਾਹ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ; ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਧੋਖਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇ ਸੱਕਦੇ। ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਾਢੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਉਹ ਬੀਜਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਜ਼ਬੂਰ 11:6
ਉਹ ਭਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕੋਲਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਲਦੀ ਹੋਈ ਗੰਧਕ ਦੀ ਵਰੱਖਾ ਬਦ ਰੂਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਦ ਰੂਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਪਦੀਆਂ ਸੜਦੀਆਂ ਲਹਿਰਾਂ ਬਾਝੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ।

ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਚੇਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਉਸ ਵੱਲ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਲਈ ਚੱਲਦੇ ਹਨ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨਿਮ੍ਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੀਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਭੁੱਲਦਾ।

ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਬਦਕਾਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੁਸੀਬਤ ਅਤੇ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਭੇਜਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਨੇ।
