“ਪਰ ਅੰਜੀਰ ਦੇ ਰੁੱਖ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, ‘ਕੀ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਠਾ ਫ਼ਲ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨੋ ਛੱਡ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਰੁੱਖਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਾਂ।’
