Job 29:11
ਲੋਕੀ ਸੁਣਦੇ ਸਨ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਮੈਂ ਆਖਦਾ ਸਾਂ ਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਚੰਗੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਜੋ ਵੀ ਮੈਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਸਾਂ ਲੋਕੀਂ ਤੱਕਦੇ ਸਨ ਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਂਸਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ।

ਮੈਂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਸਤਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਨੇ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਘ੍ਘ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਹੀ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਨ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ। ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸੱਚੇ ਦਿਲੋਂ ਅਸੀਸ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
ਅਮਸਾਲ 29:2
ਜਦੋਂ ਧਰਮੀ ਲੋਕ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਲੋਕ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਉਦੋਂ ਹੌਂਕੇ ਭਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਦੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਆਦਮੀ ਰਾਜਾ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਜਿਹੜੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਵਾਸਤਵ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹਨ ਜਦੋਂ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਖੀਆਂ ਤਾਂ ਭੀੜ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਔਰਤ ਨੇ ਉੱਚੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਧੰਨ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਮਾਂ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਕੁੱਖੋਂ ਤੂੰ ਜਨਮ ਲਿਆ ਤੇ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਤੂੰ ਦੁੱਧ ਪੀਤਾ ਹੈ।”
