ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 23:7
“ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਮਾਂ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੈ, “ਜਦੋਂ ਲੋਕ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਕਦੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੁਹਰਾਉਣਗੇ। ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਹੈ: ‘ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸਾਖੀ ਹੈ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਸਰ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਸੀ।’
