Jeremiah 10:13
ਜਦੋਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਬੋਲਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਾਣੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਮਹਾਂ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਡਿਗਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਨੁਕਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬੱਦਲ ਉੱਠਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਖਜ਼ਾਨਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਮੀਂਹ ਅਤੇ ਹਨੇਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਭੇਜਦਾ ਹੈ।

“ਅੱਯੂਬ, ਕੀ ਤੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੋਦਾਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿਆ ਹੈਂ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਮੈਂ ਬਰਫ਼ ਅਤੇ ਗੜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਯਾਹ 10:1
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਅੱਗੇ ਬਸੰਤ ਦੀ ਰੁੱਤੇ ਮੀਂਹ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਕਰੋ। ਉਹ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਭੇਜੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੀਂਹ ਵਰ੍ਹੇਗਾ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਹਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੇ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੌਦੇ ਉੱਗਣਗੇ। ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹਰ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰਿਆਵਲ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਗਰਜਿਆ। ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਚੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਸੁਣਾਈ। ਇੱਥੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿ ਗੜ੍ਹੇਮਾਰ ਹੋਈ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਲਿਸ਼ਕ ਉੱਠੀ।
ਅੱਯੂਬ 38:25
ਭਾਰੀ ਬਰੱਖਾ ਲਈ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਾਈਆਂ ਕਿਸਨੇ ਖੋਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ? ਕਿਸ ਨੇ ਤੂਫ਼ਾਨ ਲਈ ਰਸਤਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਅੱਯੂਬ 37:2
ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਸੁਣੋ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਗਰਜ ਵਰਗੀ ਲੱਗਦੀ ਹੈ। ਗਰਜਦੀ ਹੋਈ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣੋ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਮੁਖ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਕਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਅੱਯੂਬ 36:27
“ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਧੁੰਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਥੋੜੇ ਹੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਘਣੇ ਬੱਦਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਘਿਰ ਗਿਆ। ਤੇਜ਼ ਹਵਾ ਵਗਣ ਲਗੀ ਤੇ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਮੂਸਲਾਧਾਰ ਮੀਂਹ ਪੈਁਣ ਲੱਗਾ। ਤਾਂ ਅਹਾਬ ਆਪਣੇ ਰੱਥ ਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਯਿਜ਼ਰਾਏਲ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜਿਆ।

ਮੀਂਹ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਪੈਣਾ ਤਦ ਏਲੀਯਾਹ ਨੇ ਅਹਾਬ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਹੁਣ ਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਕੇ ਖਾ-ਪੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਭਾਰੀ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।”

ਤਾਂ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੋਟੀ ਹਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿਲਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਗਰਜ, ਚਮਕ ਅਤੇ ਗੜ੍ਹੇ ਵਰ੍ਹਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਗੜ੍ਹੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਿਸਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਵਰ੍ਹੇ।
