ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਇੱਥੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀ ਹੋਣਗੇ “ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ, ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਦੀ ਰੇਤ ਵਾਂਗ ਅਣਗਿਣਤ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਉਬੇ ਹੀ ਵਾਪਰੇਗਾ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ‘ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ।’ ਉੱਥੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ‘ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਿਉਂਦੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਹੋਂ!’

ਯਸਈਆਹ 66:20

ਯਸਈਆਹ 60:4
ਆਪਣੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੇਖੋ। ਦੇਖੋ ਚਾਰ-ਚੁਫ਼ੇਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵੱਲ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ। ਉਹ ਦੂਰ-ਦੁਰਾਡਿਓ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੇ। ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਤੁਹਾਡੀਆਂ ਧੀਆਂ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਨੇ।
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 33:22
ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਦਾਊਦ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਲੇਵੀ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ-ਸਮੂਹ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਉਹ ਉਤਨੇ ਹੀ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਜਿਤਨੇ ਆਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਰੇ ਹਨ-ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਬੰਦਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਤਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦਾ। ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਉਤਨੇ ਹੀ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਜਿਤਨੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਕੰਢੇ ਰੇਤ ਦੇ ਕਣ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਨੇ-ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਬੰਦਾ ਰੇਤ ਦੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗਿਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੱਕਦਾ।”

ਫ਼ਿਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਇਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਉਂ ਲੋ-ਅੰਮੀ ਰੱਖ। ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ।”

ਪੈਦਾਇਸ਼ 13:16
ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੰਨਾ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ ਜਿੰਨੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਧੂੜ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਲੋਕੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਧੂੜ ਨੂੰ ਗਿਣ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵੀ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਣਗੇ।
੧ ਯੂਹੰਨਾ 3:1
ਅਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਹਾਂ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇੰਨਾ ਪਿਆਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਹਾਂ। ਪਰ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਹਾਂ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ।
ਪੈਦਾਇਸ਼ 22:17
ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਅਸੀਸ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ, ਜਿੰਨੇ ਕਿ ਆਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਰੇ ਹਨ। ਇੱਥੇ ਇੰਨੇ ਲੋਕ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਜਿੰਨੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰੀ ਕੰਢੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੇਤ ਦੇ ਕਣ ਹਨ। ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣਾ ਤੋਂ ਜਿੱਤਣਗੇ।
ਪੈਦਾਇਸ਼ 32:12
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ ਸੀ, ‘ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਨੇਕੀ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਸੰਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਕੰਢੇ ਦੀ ਰੇਤ ਦੇ ਕਿਣਕਿਆਂ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਕਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸੱਕੇਗੀ।’”
ਯਸਈਆਹ 43:6
ਮੈਂ ਉੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਾਂਗਾ: ਮੇਰੇ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕਰ ਦਿਓ! ਮੈਂ ਦੱਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਾਂਗਾ: ਮੇਰੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੈਦੀ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਨਾ ਰੱਖੋ! ਮੇਰੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਦੁਰਾਡੀਆਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਾਸ ਲਿਆਵੋ!
ਹੋ ਸੀਅ 2:23
ਮੈਂ ਉਸਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ’ਚ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਬੀਜ਼ ਬੋਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਲੋ-ਰੂਹਾਮਾਹ ਤੇ ਮਿਹਰਬਾਨ ਹੋਵਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਲੋ-ਅੰਮੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਾਂਗਾ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਹੋ। ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਖਣਗੇ, ‘ਤੂੰ ਸਾਡਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੈਂ।’”

ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਚੁਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਲੋਕ ਹੋ, ਰਾਜੇ ਦੇ ਜਾਜਕ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਕੌਮ ਹੋ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕ ਹੋ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਸਦੀਆਂ ਹੈਰਾਨਕੁਨ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਣ ਲਈ ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਹੋ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਹਨੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੱਢ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਹਾਨ ਰੋਸ਼ਨੀ ਵੱਲ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਇਬਰਾਨੀਆਂ 11:12
ਇਹ ਆਦਮੀ ਇੰਨਾ ਬਿਰਧ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮਰਨ ਕੰਢੇ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਉਸ ਇੱਕ ਆਦਮੀ ਤੋਂ ਇੰਨੇ ਲੋਕ ਆਏ, ਜਿੰਨੇ ਕਿ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਣਗਿਣਤ ਤਾਰੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਕੰਢੇ ਰੇਤ ਦੇ ਕਣ ਹਨ।
ਯਸਈਆਹ 54:1
ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਰ ਲਿਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ “ਹੇ ਬਾਂਝ ਔਰਤ, ਖੁਸ਼ ਹੋ! ਤੂੰ ਬੱਚੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਣੇ। ਪਰ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ!” ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਉਸ ਔਰਤ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਵੱਧੇਰੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਇੱਕਲੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਔਰਤ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ, ਜਿਹੜੀ ਪਤੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।”
ਯਸਈਆਹ 49:17
ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਪਰਤ ਆਉਣਗੇ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਹਰਾਇਆ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇੱਕਲਿਆਂ ਛੱਡ ਦੇਣਗੇ।”
ਯਸਈਆਹ 48:19
ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਗਲ ਮੰਨੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ, ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਬੱਚੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ। ਉਹ ਰੇਤ ਦੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਕਣਾਂ ਜਿੰਨੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ। ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਗੱਲ ਮੰਨੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਤਬਾਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੇ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਸੰਗ ਜਿਉਂਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ।”
