“ਸਾਰੇ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਕੇ ਆਓ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਣੋ, ਯਾਕੂਬ ਦਿਉ ਪੁੱਤਰੋ। ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ, ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਸੁਣੋ।

-16- ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣੋ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ। ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਜਨਮ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਹੋਣਾ। ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਦਰ ਕਰੋ, ਉਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਬਿਰਧ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ।

“ਹੁਣ, ਬਚਿਓ, ਸੁਣੋ ਮੇਰੀ ਗੱਲ, ਕੰਨ ਧਰਕੇ! ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹੋ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵੀ ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਚੱਲੋਂਗੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਰਾਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ!

ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹੁਣ ਪੁੱਤਰੋ, ਸੁਣੋ ਮੇਰੀ ਗੱਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ। ਜਿਹੜੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਮੈਂ ਬੋਲਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਦਿਓ।

ਸਿਆਣਪ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਰੱਖੇਗੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਬੇਟੇ, ਮੇਰੇ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਰੱਖਣਾ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਨਾ ਭੁੱਲਣਾ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
ਅਮਸਾਲ 6:20
ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨ। ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਵਿਸਾਰਨਾ।

ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਣਪ ਮੇਰੇ ਬੇਟੇ, ਮੇਰੀ ਸਿਆਣਪ ਵੱਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਦਿਓ। ਮੇਰੇ ਸਮਝਦਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਤੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਣੋ।

ਸਿਆਣਪ ਦਾ ਮਹੱਤਵ ਪੁੱਤਰੋ, ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਿਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣੋ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਝਦਾਰੀ ਕਮਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਧਿਆਨ ਦੇਵੋ!
