Genesis 19:38
ਛੋਟੀ ਧੀ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਸਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਬਿਨ-ਅੰਮੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ। ਬਿਨ-ਅੰਮੀ ਅਜੋਕੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਅੰਮੋਨੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਸੇ ਲਈ, ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੀ ਸੌਂਹ ਖਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਮੋਆਬ ਅਤੇ ਅਮੋਨ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਹਸ਼ਰ ਸਦੋਮ ਅਤੇ ਅਮੂਰਾਹ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸਰਬ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ, ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਦੇਸ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ-ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਲਈ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਜੜੀ-ਬੂਟੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਡੈਡ ਸੀ ਦੇ ਲੂਣ ਨਾਲ ਢੱਕੱ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਮੇਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਚੋ ਬਚੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਕਰ ਲੈਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੋਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਚੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਵਸਤਾਂ ਲੁੱਟ ਲੈਣਗੇ।”
ਯਸਈਆਹ 11:14
ਪਰ ਇਫ਼ਰਾਈਮ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਫ਼ਿਲਸਤੀਨੀਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ।ਉਹ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਪੂਰਬੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਦੌਲਤ ਲੁੱਟਣਗੇ। ਇਫ਼ਰਾਈਮ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ, ਅਦੋਮ, ਮੋਆਬ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਮੋਨ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ।

ਵੈਰੀ ਆਖ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, “ਆਓ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਿਟਾ ਦੇਈਏ। ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਬੰਦਾ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਚੇਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ।”

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਅਸ਼ਦੋਦੀ, ਅੰਮੋਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਆਬੀ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਆਹ ਕਰਵਾ ਲੇ ਸਨ।
ਨਹਮਿਆਹ 13:1
ਨਹਮਯਾਹ ਦਾ ਅਖੀਰੀ ਹੁਕਮ ਉਸ ਦਿਨ, ਮੂਸਾ ਦੀ ਪੋਥੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਚੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਕੇ ਸੁਣਾਈ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਮਿਲਿਆ: ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਅੰਮੋਨੀ ਜਾਂ ਮੋਆਬੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ।

ਹਾਨੂਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਾਊਦ ਦੇ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਮਿੰਦਗੀ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਅੰਮੋਨੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਰਾਜਾ ਨਾਹਾਸ਼ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਹਾਨੂਨ ਨਵਾਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਬਣਿਆ।
੧ ਸਮੋਈਲ 11:1
ਤਕਰੀਬਨ ਇੱਕ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਬਾਦ, ਅੰਮੋਨੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਹਾਸ਼ ਰਾਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਸੈਨਾ ਨੇ ਯਾਬੇਸ਼-ਗਿਲਆਦ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰ ਲਿਆ। ਯਾਬੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਾਹਾਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਜੇਕਰ ਤੂੰ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਕਰ ਲਵੇਂ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਟਹਿਲ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ।”
ਕਜ਼ਾૃ 10:6
ਅੰਮੋਨੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਲੜਾਈ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਹੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੰਦਾ ਆਖਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਝੂਠੇ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਬਆਲ ਅਤੇ ਅਸ਼ਤਾਰੋਥ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗ ਪਏ। ਉਹ ਅਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ, ਸੀਦੋਨ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ, ਮੋਆਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ, ਅੰਮੋਨ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ, ਫ਼ਲਿਸਤੀ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗੇ। ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਹਟ ਗਏ।
ਅਸਤਸਨਾ 23:3
“ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਅੰਮੋਨੀ ਜਾਂ ਮੋਆਬੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ 10ਵੀ ਪੀੜੀ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਉਸਤੋਂ ਵੱਧੇਰੇ ਵੀ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦੇ।
ਅਸਤਸਨਾ 2:9
ਆਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ “ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, ‘ਮੋਆਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਨਾ ਕਰਨਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਲੜਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੇੜਨੀ। ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਉਹ ਲੂਤ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਰ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।’”
