Ezekiel 44:20
“ਇਹ ਜਾਜਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੁਨਾਉਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਲੰਮੇ ਵਾਲ ਉਗਾਣਗੇ। ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਾਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਕਤਰਨਾ ਹੀ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

“ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੁਨਵਾਉਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਦਾਹੜੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੁਨਾਉਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਜਿਸਮਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੀਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਾਉਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ।

ਇਸਰਾਏਲ, ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਖਾਸ ਲੋਕ “ਤੁਸੀਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਹੋ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਮਰ ਜਾਵੇ, ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਟ ਮਾਰਕੇ ਜਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਰ ਮੁਨਾਕੇ ਅਫ਼ਸੋਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ।

ਕੁਦਰਤ ਵੀ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸਿੱਖਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲੰਬੇ ਬਾਲ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਆਦਮੀ ਲਈ ਨਮੋਸ਼ੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ।
