Ezekiel 32:15
ਮੈਂ ਮਿਸਰ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀਰਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਹਰ ਸ਼ੈਅ ਗਵਾ ਲਵੇਗੀ। ਮੈਂ ਮਿਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਹਾਂ!

ਫ਼ੇਰ ਮਿਸਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹਾਂ। ਉਹ ਮੇਰਾ ਉਦੋਂ ਆਦਰ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਫ਼ਿਰਊਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਘੋੜਸਵਾਰ ਫ਼ੌਜੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਰੱਥਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।”

ਮੈਂ ਫ਼ਿਰਊਨ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿੱਦੀ ਬਣਾਵਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਫ਼ਿਰਊਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਲਿਆਵੇਗਾ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਮਿਸਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਚੱਲੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹਾਂ।” ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਨਿਆ-ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਹੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਸੀ।

ਮੈਂ ਮਿਸਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਖਿੰਡਾ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹਾਂ!”

ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਮੈਂ ਬਾਬਲ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ, ਨਬੂਕਦਨੱਸਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਸਰ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਅਤੇ ਨਬੂਕਦਨੱਸਰ ਮਿਸਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਲੈ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਨਬੂਕਦਨੱਸਰ ਮਿਸਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੀਮਤੀ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਖੋਹ ਲਵੇਗਾ। ਇਹ ਨਬੂਕਦਨੱਸਰ ਦੀ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਲਈ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।

ਮੈਂ ਮਿਸਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਕਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਚਾਲੀ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੀਕ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵੀਰਾਨ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ! ਮੈਂ ਮਿਸਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਖਿੰਡਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਧਰਤੀਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਜਨਬੀ ਬਣਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।”

ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਡਰਾਉ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਰਮਸਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿਉ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦਿਉ।

ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੰਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੜ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸੇ ਲਈ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਬਕ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੰਡ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਮੰਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਜ਼ਬੂਰ 107:33
ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਨਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰੂਥਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਚਸ਼ਮਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਗਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।

ਦਾਊਦ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਗੀਤ। ਧਰਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੀ ਹਰ ਸ਼ੈਅ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਮਲਕੀਅਤ ਹੈ। ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਇਸਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹਨ।
