ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਓ ਮਾਸ ਦੇ ਟੁਕੜੇ ਹਰ ਚੰਗੇ ਟੁਕੜੇ ਨੂੰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਓ, ਪੱਟਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਢਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ। ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਦਿਓ ਹਾਂਡੀ ਨੂੰ।
