Ezekiel 24:22
ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵੀ ਓਹੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰੋਂਗੇ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਮੈਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਿਰਤ ਪਤਨੀ ਬਾਰੇ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਮੁੱਛਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਢੱਕੋਂਗੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਗ਼ਮੀ ਦਰਸਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਹ ਭੋਜਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਖਾਵੋਂਗੇ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਲੋਕ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੇ ਮਰਨ ਤੇ ਖਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

“ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਮੌਤ ਮਰਨਗੇ। ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਰੋਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਫ਼ਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਰਦਾ ਸਰੀਰ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਗੋਹੇ ਵਾਂਗ ਪਏ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਦੁਸਮਣ ਦੀ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਮਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਜਾਂ ਉਹ ਭੁੱਖ ਨਾਲ ਮਰ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਰਦਾ ਸਰੀਰ ਆਕਾਸ਼ ਦੇ ਪੰਛੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਜੰਗਲੀ ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਭੋਜਨ ਬਣਨਗੇ।”
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 47:3
ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਦੌੜਦੇ ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਵਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਸੁਣਨਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੋਰੀਲੇ ਰੱਥ ਸੁਣਾਈ ਦੇਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਧੜਕਦੇ ਪਹੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਨਗੇ। ਪਿਤਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੱਕਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹੋਣਗੇ।
ਹਿਜ਼ ਕੀ ਐਲ 24:16
“ਆਦਮੀ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈਂ, ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਰੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਖੋਹਣ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ। ਤੇਰੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਮਰ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਪਰ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਗ਼ਮੀ ਜ਼ਾਹਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ। ਤੈਨੂੰ ਉੱਚੀ ਰੋਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ। ਤੂੰ ਰੋਵੇਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੰਝੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਡਿਗਣਗੇ,
ਆਮੋਸ 6:9
ਬੋੜੇ ਜਿਹੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀ ਹੀ ਜਿਉਂਦੇ ਛੱਡੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਇੱਕ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਬਚਣਗੇ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਮਰ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
