ਮੈਂ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਸਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਲੈ ਆਇਆ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਾਰੂਬਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ।

ਮਿਸਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਦੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਫ਼ਿਰਊਨ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਸਰ ਛੱਡ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਫ਼ਿਲੀਸਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਵੱਲ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਸੜਕ ਵੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਦ ਕਿ ਨਵੀਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਛੋਟਾ ਰਾਹ ਸੀ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਜੇ ਲੋਕ ਉਸ ਰਾਸਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੜਨਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਬਦਲ ਕੇ ਮਿਸਰ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਪਰਤ ਜਾਣ।”
ਖ਼ਰੋਜ 14:17
ਮੈਂ ਮਿਸਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿੱਦੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰਨ। ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਫ਼ਿਰਊਨ ਤੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਫ਼ੌਜ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਰੱਥਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਰਤਾਪਮਈ ਹੋਵਾਂਗਾ।

ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਮਾਰੂਥਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣਾ ਮੂਸਾ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਲ ਸਾਗਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੂਰ ਦੇ ਮਾਰੂਥਲ ਅੰਦਰ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮਾਰੂਥਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨ ਤੱਕ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਕੀਤਾ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ।
ਖ਼ਰੋਜ 20:2
“ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ। ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮਿਸਰ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਹੁਕਮ ਮਂਨਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ;
