ਹਿਜ਼ ਕੀ ਐਲ 17:19
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ, ਇਹ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ: “ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੀ ਸੌਂਹ ਖਾਕੇ ਆਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸਾਡਾ ਇਕਰਾਰਨਾਮਾ ਤੋੜਿਆ।

| and my covenant | וּבְרִיתִ֖י | ûbĕrîtî | oo-veh-ree-TEE |
| that | אֲשֶׁ֣ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| broken, hath he | הֵפִ֑יר | hēpîr | hay-FEER |
