ਹਿਜ਼ ਕੀ ਐਲ 16:50
ਸਦੂਮ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀਆਂ ਧੀਆਂ ਇੰਨੀਆਂ ਗੁਮਾਨੀ ਹੋ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਹੀ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗ ਪਈਆਂ ਸਨ। ਅਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ।”

| before | לְפָנָ֑י | lĕpānāy | leh-fa-NAI |
| away them took I therefore me: | וָאָסִ֥יר | wāʾāsîr | va-ah-SEER |
| אֶתְהֶ֖ן | ʾethen | et-HEN | |
| as | כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר | kaʾăšer | ka-uh-SHER |
| I saw | רָאִֽיתִי׃ | rāʾîtî | ra-EE-tee |
