“ਜਦੋਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋ, ਤਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਪ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਣ ਨਾ ਬਨਣ ਦਿਓ” ਸਾਰਾ ਦਿਨ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਕਰਨਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਨਾ ਰੱਖੋ।
