Deuteronomy 26:1
ਪਹਿਲੀ ਫ਼ਸਲ “ਤੁਸੀਂ ਛੇਤੀ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਵੋਂਗੇ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਕਰੋਂਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਰਹੋਂਗੇ।

ਪਰ ਤੂੰ, ਮੂਸਾ, ਇੱਥੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੋ ਜਾ। ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਹੁਕਮ, ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਦੱਸਾਂਗਾ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਤੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਜਾਕੇ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ।’
ਅਸਤਸਨਾ 6:1
ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ ਕਰੋ “ਇਹ ਉਹ ਹੁਕਮ, ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦੱਸੇ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾ ਦੀ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਜਾਕੇ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਦਾਖਿਲ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ।
ਅਸਤਸਨਾ 7:1
ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਖਾਸ ਲੋਕ, ਇਸਰਾਏਲ “ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਲੈ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਈ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ, ਹਿੱਤੀਆਂ, ਗਿਰਗਾਸ਼ੀਆਂ, ਅਮੋਰੀਆਂ, ਕਨਾਨੀਆਂ, ਪਰਿੱਜ਼ੀਆਂ, ਹਿੱਵੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਯਬੂਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਧ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਤਾਕਤਵਰ ਹਨ।
ਅਸਤਸਨਾ 13:1
ਝੂਠੇ ਨਬੀ “ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਬੀ ਜਾਂ ਬੰਦਾ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਆਵੇ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸੁਪਨਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ ਕਰੇ। ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਆਖੇ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਜਾਂ ਚਮਤਕਾਰ ਦਿਖਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਅਸਤਸਨਾ 13:9
ਨਹੀਂ! ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਮਾਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਥਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਾਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਪੱਥਰ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੱਥਰ ਸੁੱਟਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੋਂ ਬੇਮੁਖ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹੀ ਸੀ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮਿਸਰ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਸੀ।
ਅਸਤਸਨਾ 17:14
ਰਾਜੇ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕਰਨੀ ਹੈ “ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਅੰਦਰ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਵੋਂਗੇ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕਰ ਲਵੋਂਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਰਹੋਂਗੇ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਖੋਂਗੇ, ‘ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਉੱਪਰ ਇੱਕ ਰਾਜਾ ਥਾਪਾਂਗੇ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਹੋਰ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।’
ਅਸਤਸਨਾ 18:9
ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰਨਾ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ “ਜਦੋਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਵੋਂਗੇ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਸਿਖਣਾ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
