Genesis 49:31
ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਸਾਰਾਹ ਉਸੇ ਗੁਫ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਫ਼ਨ ਹਨ। ਇਸਹਾਕ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਰਿਬਕਾਹ ਉਸੇ ਗੁਫ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਫ਼ਨ ਹਨ। ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਲੇਆਹ ਨੂੰ ਉਸੇ ਕਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਇਆ ਸੀ।

ਫ਼ੇਰ ਇਸਹਾਕ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਇਸਹਾਕ ਨੇ ਲੰਮੀ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਜੀਵੀ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਏਸਾਓ ਅਤੇ ਯਾਕੂਬ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਦਫ਼ਨਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਪੈਦਾਇਸ਼ 23:3
ਫ਼ੇਰ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਪਤਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੱਤੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਚੱਲਾ ਗਿਆ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ,

ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਅਫ਼ਰੋਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਰਾਜ਼ੀ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਨੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣਿਕ ਤੋਂਲਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅਫ਼ਰੋਨ ਲਈ ਦਸ ਪੌਂਡ ਚਾਂਦੀ ਤੋਂਲ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
ਪੈਦਾਇਸ਼ 47:30
ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਸੇ ਥਾਂ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਉਣਾ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪੁਰਖੇ ਦਫ਼ਨ ਹਨ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮਿਸਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਲੈ ਜਾਵੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਕਬਰਸਤਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਫ਼ਨਾ ਦੇਵੀਂ।” ਯੂਸੁਫ਼ ਨੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ, “ਮੈਂ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਖਦੇ ਹੋ ਉਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।”
ਪੈਦਾਇਸ਼ 50:13
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਕਨਾਨ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਕਫ਼ੇਲਾਹ ਵਿਖੇ ਗੁਫ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਇਆ। ਇਹ ਉਹੀ ਗੁਫ਼ਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਮਮਰੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਦੇ ਉਸ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਨੇ ਹਿੱਤੀ ਅਫ਼ਰੋਨ ਤੋਂ ਖਰੀਦਿਆ ਸੀ। ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਗੁਫ਼ਾ ਨੂੰ ਕਬਰਸਤਾਨ ਵਜੋਂ ਖਰੀਦਿਆ ਸੀ।

ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਸ਼ਕਮ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਜਾਏ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਕਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ। ਇਹ ਉਹੀ ਕਬਰ ਸੀ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਕਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਮੋਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਚਾਂਦੀ ਦੇਕੇ ਮੁਲ ਖਰੀਦੀ ਸੀ।
