ਯੋਸੀਯਾਹ ਨੇ ਮਨੱਸ਼ਹ, ਅਫ਼ਰਾਈਮ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਮਓਨ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਨਫ਼ਤਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦਿਆਂ ਉਜਾੜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੀ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਯੋਸੀਯਾਹ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਤੇ ਉੱਚੀ ਥਾਂ ਜੋ ਬੈਤਏਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਢਾਹ ਸੁੱਟੀ। ਇਹ ਥਾਂ ਨਬਾਟ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਯਾਰਾਬੁਆਮ ਨੇ ਬਣਵਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਪ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਯੋਸੀਯਾਹ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਤੇ ਉੱਚਾ ਥਾਂ ਢਾਹ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਅਤੇ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਦੇ ਪੱਥਰ ਦੇ ਟੁਕੜੇ-ਟੁਕੜੇ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਚੂਰਾ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਅਸ਼ੇਰਾਹ ਦਾ ਥੰਮ ਵੀ ਸਾੜ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
੨ ਤਵਾਰੀਖ਼ 30:1
ਹਿਜ਼ਕੀਯਾਹ ਪਸਹ ਮਨਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਹਿਜ਼ਕੀਯਾਹ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੱਦਾ ਭੇਜਿਆ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਅਫ਼ਰਾਈਮ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੱਸ਼ਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਖਤ ਭੇਜੇ। ਹਿਜ਼ਕੀਯਾਹ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਲਈ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਲਈ ਪਸਹ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਦਾ ਭੇਜਿਆ।
੨ ਤਵਾਰੀਖ਼ 30:10
ਹਲਕਾਰੇ ਅਫ਼ਰਈਮ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੱਸ਼ਹ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਏ। ਉਹ ਸਾਰਾ ਘੁੰਮਦੇ-ਘੁਮਾਉਂਦੇ ਜ਼ਬੂਲੁਨ ਤੀਕ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ। ਪਰ ਉੱਥੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਹਲਕਾਰਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਮਜ਼ਾਕ ਉਡਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਠਿੱਠ ਕੀਤੇ।
੨ ਤਵਾਰੀਖ਼ 31:1
ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਹਿਜ਼ਕੀਯਾਹ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਪਸਹ ਦਾ ਪਰਬ ਸਮਾਪਤ ਹੋਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀ ਜੋ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ, ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਏ। ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪੱਥਰ ਦੇ ਬੁੱਤ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਚੂਰਾ-ਚੂਰਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਸ਼ੀਰਾ ਦੇ ਥੰਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਢਾਹ ਸੁੱਟਿਆ। ਉੱਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਨਯਾਮੀਨ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਉਚਿਆਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਜਗਵੇਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਢਾਹ ਸੁੱਟਿਆ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਫ਼ਰਈਮ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੱਸ਼ਹ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੀ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਇਹ ਢਾਹਾ-ਢੁਹਾਈ ਤਦ ਤੀਕ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਜਦ ਤੀਕ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਝੂਠੇ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਦੇ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਖਤਮ ਨਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਪਰੰਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪਣੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਤ ਗਏ।
ਅਮਸਾਲ 25:18
ਜਿਹੜਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁਆਂਢੀ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਝੂਠਾ ਬਿਆਨ ਦਿੰਦਾ, ਉਹ ਹਥੌੜੇ, ਇੱਕ ਤੇਜ਼ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਜਾਂ ਤਿੱਖੇ ਤੀਰ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਯਸਈਆਹ 7:25
ਕਿਸੇ ਵੇਲੇ ਲੋਕ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਹਾੜੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਨਾਜ ਉਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਸਨ। ਪਰ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਲੋਕ ਉੱਥੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਧਰਤੀ ਖੁਦਰੌ ਪੌਦਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਡਿਆਲੀਆਂ ਝਾੜੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਸ਼ੂ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।”
