“ਪਰ ਬੇਧਰਮੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੰਡਿਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਲਾਂਭੇ ਸੁੱਟੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਫ਼ੜੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦੇ।

ਸ਼ਬਾ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਊਦ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਉਸੇ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਬਿਕਰੀ ਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸ਼ਬਾ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਬਿਨਯਾਮੀਨ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਹਿਯਾਤ ਕਿਸਮ ਦਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਤੁਰ੍ਹੀ ਵਜਾਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਦਾਊਦ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਡਾ ਕੋਈ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਸਾਡੀ ਵੰਡ ਯੱਸੀ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਦੀ ਹੈ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ! ਚਲੋ ਸਭ ਆਪੋ-ਆਪਣੇ ਤੰਬੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੱਲੀਏ!”

ਉਹ ਬੋਲਦਾ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੀ ਮਹਿਬੂਬਾ, ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੂੰ ਇੰਝ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਕੰਡਿਆਂ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਚੰਬੇਲੀ ਹੋਵੇ।
ਯਸਈਆਹ 33:12

“ਆਦਮੀ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਭੈਭੀਤ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੀਂ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਆਖੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਭੈਭੀਤ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੀਂ। ਇਹ ਸੱਚ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪੁਚਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਉਹ ਕੰਡਿਆਂ ਵਰਗੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਤੂੰ ਸੋਚੇਂਗਾ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਤੂੰ ਬਿਛੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਰਹਿ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਆਖੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਭੈਭੀਤ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੀਂ। ਉਹ ਵਿਦਰੋਹੀ ਬੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਭੈਭੀਤ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੀ।
