ਇਹ ਆਦਮੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਬੜਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਸਲੂਕ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਜਿੰਨਾ ਚਿਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਰੜਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਦਾਊਦ ਦੇ ਆਦਮੀ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਮਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਹੇ, ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਬੜੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ, ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਕੋਈ ਔਖ ਨਾ ਆਉਣ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
