ਦਾਊਦ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ‘ਮੰਦਰ’ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਲੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ, ਇਸ ਥਾਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਬਣੇਗੀ।”
