ਲੇਵੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਸਨਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਧੋਤੇ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਅੱਗੇ ਹਿਲਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਵਜੋਂ ਅਰਪਿਤ ਕਰ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਵੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਪ ਢੱਕ ਲਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
