ਲੇਵੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੂਸਾ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਹ ਮੋਆਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਯਰਦਨ ਦੀ ਵਾਦੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਯਰਦਨ ਨਦੀ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਯਰੀਹੋ ਦੇ ਪਾਰ ਸੀ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ,
